A2Z Comm | HRIS & Workforce Automation Solution
Logo Desire Pty Ltd configured an integrated HRIS solution for A2Z Comm using Odoo 19, bringing recruitment, employee management, attendance, leave, payroll, performance reviews, and eLearning into one streamlined platform.
Project Overview
HR Digital Transformation with Odoo 19 — A2Z Comm Logo Desire Pty Ltd undertook an HR digital transformation project for A2Z Comm, configuring an integrated Human Resource Information System (HRIS) powered by Odoo 19. The project focused on simplifying workforce administration by bringing essential HR processes into a centralised platform. The solution was designed to support the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment and employment contracts to attendance, leave management, payroll processing, performance evaluation, and employee training. Logo Desire analysed the operational requirements, configured relevant Odoo applications, designed interconnected HR workflows, and carried out functional testing and system demonstrations. The configured solution included employee records, working schedules, applicant tracking, digital employment contracts, onboarding workflows, attendance monitoring, leave approvals, Australian payroll structures, payslip generation, employee appraisals, KPI tracking, and eLearning. Weekly and fortnightly payroll workflows were configured to support PAYG withholding, employer superannuation calculations, and payroll CSV exports for external finance processing. The project demonstrates Logo Desire's ability to translate business requirements into practical ERP solutions that support operational consistency, centralised information, and scalable digital processes.
Challenge
A2Z Comm required a structured Human Resource Information System capable of supporting multiple workforce management processes within a unified digital environment. The project addressed several important HR operational requirements, including maintaining employee records, managing recruitment and onboarding, tracking attendance and leave, processing weekly and fortnightly payroll, coordinating performance reviews, and delivering employee training. A key consideration was configuring Australian payroll processes, including PAYG withholding and employer superannuation, while allowing payroll information to be exported for separate finance processing. The challenge was to establish consistent and connected workflows without introducing unnecessary complexity for employees, managers, and HR administrators.
Solution
Logo Desire configured a modular HRIS environment using Odoo 19, connecting core human resource functions through a structured employee lifecycle. The solution covered recruitment and applicant assessment, digital employment contracts, employee onboarding, attendance tracking, leave administration, payroll calculation, payslip generation, performance appraisals, employee development, and management reporting. Australian payroll configurations were established for weekly and fortnightly processing, including PAYG and superannuation calculations and CSV-based finance handover. Role-based access arrangements and management dashboards were included to support administrative control and operational visibility. Representative workflows were functionally tested and demonstrated using sample employee and applicant records. The resulting configuration provides a foundation for managing multiple HR operations within one interconnected platform.
Results
The HRIS implementation and demonstration established an integrated Odoo 19 environment supporting key employee lifecycle processes. Key project outcomes: Configured a centralised platform for essential HR activities. Established connected recruitment, contract, and onboarding workflows. Demonstrated digital attendance and leave management. Configured weekly and fortnightly Australian payroll structures. Generated sample payslips and demonstrated payroll export processes. Established employee appraisal, KPI, and training workflows. Demonstrated management dashboards and role-based access. Created a scalable foundation for future HR system development. The project illustrates how structured ERP configuration can support more consistent HR administration, improve information accessibility, and reduce reliance on disconnected manual processes. Results describe configured and demonstrated functionality. Production deployment and quantified operational improvements have not been independently verified.
